- Primero. Por Secretaría, SOLICITAR al señor Fiscal General de la Nación que en el término de seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la comunicación del presente auto, se sirva remitir a esta Corporación un informe en el que se precise el avance de las investigaciones de los casos de violencia sexual contra mujeres desplazadas denunciados ante la Corte Constitucional, especificando la etapa investigativa o de juzgamiento en la que se encuentran.
